Tom began his career in 1993 as a Pension Consultant with the National Automobile Dealers & Associates Retirement Trust, a $4 Billion non-profit retirement trust serving the retirement benefit needs of America's new car dealerships. Prior to starting DowCap, Tom provided qualified retirement plan services to private and public companies with Prudential Retirement Services, Inc. and UBS Wealth Management, Inc.
Tom is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, AIF and a graduate of the
University of Virginia.
